エンコーダの型を取得します。
パラメータ
この関数にはパラメータはありません。
返り値
エンコーダの型を返します。結果は以下のいずれかの値となります。
- HaruEncoder::TYPE_SINGLE_BYTE - エンコーダはシングルバイト文字用です。
- HaruEncoder::TYPE_DOUBLE_BYTE - エンコーダはマルチバイト文字用です。
- HaruEncoder::TYPE_UNINITIALIZED - エンコーダが初期化されていません。
- HaruEncoder::UNKNOWN - エンコーダが無効です。
エラー / 例外
エラー時に HaruException をスローします。
